This is an appeal from a suit by an insured against his group health insurer, Celtic Life Insurance Company, for misrepresentations made by the insurers soliciting agent. Suit was brought under the Insurance Code article 21.21 and the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), and on theories of common-law fraud and misrepresentation. Judgment was rendered on a verdict in favor of the insured. We affirm the judgment.
